Who we are

BeforUGo is operated by Ghassan Seba, doing business as Seba Enterprises. For purposes of applicable privacy law, Seba Enterprises is responsible for the personal information described in this notice.

What we collect

When you join the BeforUGo launch list, we collect the email address you submit, the signup source, the date and time of your request, and your confirmation status. When you visit the website, we may also collect limited technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, referring page, pages viewed, approximate location, interaction events, and security or operational logs.

Why we use it

We use this information to confirm and manage your subscription, send the BeforUGo launch notice and related updates you requested, operate and secure the website, prevent abuse, understand basic website traffic and engagement, and comply with legal obligations.

Legal bases

We process launch-list information with your consent. We process information needed for website security, fraud prevention, basic operations, and limited audience measurement based on our legitimate interests where permitted by law. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal.

Double opt-in

After submitting the form, you must confirm your email using the confirmation message sent to you. This helps verify that the address belongs to you and records your consent. An unconfirmed address is not treated as an active subscriber.

Google Analytics, cookies, and similar technologies

We use Google Analytics to understand basic website traffic, how visitors find and use the website, return visits, form interactions, and social-link activity. Google Analytics may receive information such as page URLs, IP address, browser and device information, approximate location derived from an IP address, referring pages, and interactions with the website. Analytics information may be pseudonymous rather than anonymous. We do not send your email address to Google Analytics.

Google Analytics uses first-party cookies, including cookies beginning with _ga, to distinguish visitors and measure activity across visits. Google may collect information about activity on this website over time. We have not enabled Google Signals or advertising personalization, and we do not use Google Analytics for targeted advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising.

Our website does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals because there is no consistent industry standard for them. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Service providers and disclosures

We use service providers for email delivery, website hosting, security, and analytics. They may process information to provide services to us, protect their services, or comply with law. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with legal process, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or complete a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets.

International processing

Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, including Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable. You may contact us to request more information about applicable safeguards.

Retention

We retain active subscriber information while you remain subscribed. We aim to remove unconfirmed signup information within 30 days. If you unsubscribe, we may retain a minimal suppression record so we can honor your request. Google Analytics information is currently retained for up to 2 months. Security and operational records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for their purpose, subject to legal requirements.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe through the link in any email. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of your personal information, or lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority. We will respond to verified requests within 30 days or within the period required by applicable law.

Right to object: Where we rely on legitimate interests, you may object to that processing at any time by contacting privacy@beforugo.com.

Children

BeforUGo is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect personal information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
